Willow Springs, MO. – Willow Springs just put up an official list of all the viewing spots for the solar eclipse. Eleven Point Fire Department on West Main Street, Booster Field, Willow Springs Municipal Golf Course, and Palenske Field have all been dubbed Safe Viewing Areas.
They ask that you provide your chairs and be out of the pathway of vehicles and people as you view the solar eclipse. Food and cameras are allowed at all locations. There will be available spaces to be claimed that morning to start watching for the duration of the event (3 hours) or you can arrive later for just the moment of totality.
All events for the upcoming solar eclipse will be starting next week. Festivals and events are going on all over the Ozarks starting as early as April 3rd. People will be coming into town to watch the eclipse on April 8th. Keep watching the page for more updates on events for the Solar Eclipse.
