OZARK COUNTY, Mo. — A woman was arrested following a report of possible theft and trespassing April 25, according to information posted June 11 by the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the sheriff’s office, Deputy Ryan and Deputy Sherman responded to the call and located Katherine Watson during the investigation. During a search, deputies reportedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Watson’s possession.
Watson was arrested and booked on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The sheriff’s office stated that Sheriff Martin later obtained a search warrant for the location where Watson had been staying. During the search, authorities reportedly located stolen items, which were returned.
Additional charges of stealing and credit card fraud were added to Watson’s cases, according to the sheriff’s office.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
