WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains High School was put into a soft lock down Monday afternoon following a domestic dispute at a nearby home.
School officials say the lock down stemmed from a dispute at Crestwood Circle, and lasted a few minutes. After no threat was determined, the lock down was lifted.
