Wright County Woman Arrested on Possession

Highway 60, Wright County, MO. – A woman from Lebanon, MO, has been arrested by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office, as a traffic stop escalated when narcotics were found.

This event happened on the evening of November 27th, at roughly 10:20pm.  Corporal Campbell of the Wright County Sheriff’s Office initiated the traffic stop. According to the report, contact was made, and consent to search the vehicle was denied. K9 Ace was deployed and alerted to the odor of narcotics inside the vehicle.

A short investigation revealed drug paraphernalia and suspected meth. The driver, Amber Symes, 28 of Lebanon, was then arrested and later charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
