West Plains, MO. – This past weekend, the Yellow House, a location with a community surrounding cultural showcasing and artistic development, held their annual August Bazaar, a fundraising event for the building and further activities.
Local artist Garrett Melby spoke about the event, talking about how it was well-attended and actually became one of the most successful fundraisers for the Yellow House in years, raising over $1800.
During the event there was live music, a kids zone, food and crafts being sold, and of course, fundraising activities.
If you’re looking for more Yellow House events to attend, there will be a drum medicine introduction later today, and travelling band The Mountain Sprouts will perform there on September 18th.
