According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Jill Dayberry, 41 of Mountain View, was arrested on June 9th for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dayberry also has a failure to appear warrant out of Stone County.
Stephen McCarroll, 45 of Berryville, was arrested on June 9th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. On June 12th McCarroll was also served with a warrant for parole violations.
Aundria Webb, 34 of Calico Rock, was arrested on June 10th for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises.
Cole Staggs, 35 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on June 10th for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and as a habitual offender. Staggs also has a parole hold.
Ricky Smithson, 58 of Norfork, was arrested on June 10th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeremy Gross, 51 of Calico Rock, was arrested on June 10th for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises.
Zeke Webber, 36 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on June 10th for third degree assault on a family member.
John Battles, 29 of Sidney, was extradited from Missouri on June 11th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for petition to revoke felony probation.
Brandon Lara, 42 of Sage, was arrested on June 11th for three counts of sexual assault 2nd degree, sexually grooming a child, and sexual indecency with a child.
Garry Caudle, 63 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 13th pending formal charges related to possession of firearms by certain persons and domestic battery 3rd degree.
Sarah Caudle, 40 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 13th pending formal charges related to possession of firearms by certain persons and domestic battery 3rd degree.
