Brian Eugene Powell, 28, of West Plains, passed away in the early morning hours of December 23, 2023.
Brian was born December 6, 1995, in Marion, Illinois, son of Sherri Hogue. He graduated from Norfork High School in 2015. Brian was hardworking young man who was joy to be around. He absolutely loved going mudding in his truck at the Bricks Off Road Park near Poplar Bluff. Brian wasn’t a stranger to anyone and according to his brother, “Brian had friends from Arkansas to Nashville, TN”. There are just too many friends to list them all.
Brian is survived by his mother, Sherri Hogue, two brothers Marion & Steven Hogue, grandparents Homer & Rhonda Powell, all of West Plains. He is survived by numerous other relatives and extended family members.
Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marion & Maxine Lynch.
