Charles Buddy Martin, 75, passed away on January 12, 2020, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He was born on February 24, 1944, to Charles and Pearl (Holloway) Martin in Winona, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Pearl; three sisters, Bessie McMillon, Melva Mitchell and Katie Knight; two brothers, Sam Martin and Gary Martin.
He is survived by sisters, Nellie Wurth of St. Louis, Missouri, Susie Elliot of Bandon, Oregon, Myrtle Petty of Winona, Missouri and Brenda Harris of Elsinore, Missouri; brothers, Gerald Martin, John Martin and Ronnie Martin all of Winona, Missouri.
Bud enjoyed old cars, fishing and Nascar races. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at Yarber Mortuary Chapel, Winona with Pastor Darrell Derryberry officiating. Visitation will be held at 1:00 until service time also at the chapel. Interment will be in Pinelawn Cemetery, Winona, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
