Funeral Services for James “Kenny” McCullough, Age 70 of Salem, Arkansas will be held on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 at The Salem First Baptist Church, Salem, Arkansas, beginning at 11:00 AM. Visitation will take place prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place in The Salem Cemetery, Salem, Arkansas. Memorial donations may be made to The Salem First Baptist Church, Salem, Arkansas.

James Kenneth “Kenny” McCullough, 70, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away on August 19, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Kenny was born on August 29, 1955, in Salem, Arkansas, to Lindel Harding McCullough and Lea Golden (Davis) McCullough. He was united in marriage to Cindy Ann Hutson on December 27, 1975, in Viola, Arkansas. Together they shared a life centered on faith, family, farming, and community.

Kenny dedicated more than 25 years of service as a Loan Officer with the Farm Service Agency, helping farmers throughout the area. He was also a lifelong farmer and spent more than 40 years raising registered Quarter Horses, a passion that brought him great joy and accomplishment.

Above all, Kenny loved his family. He treasured every moment spent with his children and grandchildren and was happiest when surrounded by those he loved most. A man of strong faith, he was a faithful member of Salem First Baptist Church.

Kenny is survived by his loving wife, Cindy McCullough of Salem, Arkansas; his son, Flint McCullough of Salem, Arkansas; two daughters, Sarah Clairday (Joshua Heffington) of Salem, Arkansas, and Jody McCullough (Mason Duff) of Salem, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Lillian, Cord, Eli, Kolby, Kade, Asher, Alley, and Atlyn; his brother, David McCullough of Little Rock, Arkansas; three sisters, Vicki McCullough (Roger) of Parker, Texas, Joyce Taylor (Johnny) of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Carol Stephens (Witt) of Little Rock, Arkansas; as well as many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lindel Harding McCullough and Lea Golden McCullough; his grandson, Austin McCullough; and his son-in-law, Jason Clairday.
