Jerry Edmond Tucker

Jerry E. Tucker, a resident of Willow Springs, MO unexpectedly passed away early Saturday, April 13, 2024, while at his home due to natural causes. Jerry was born to John Edmond and Joan Delores (Charles) Tucker in Independence, MO on December 8, 1959, and was 64 years old.

Jerry Graduated from High School in 1978 and continued his education attending Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, where he graduated and earned his bachelor’s degree in 1982. Using his degree, he became a surveyor and surveyed much of his home state of Missouri. He later worked for Securitas as a security officer. On November 17, 2013, in an unofficial ceremony, he married Angela Dee Stark, whom he loved dearly. He was a good Christian and attended church at Sacred Heart with Angela on Sundays. In his free time, he enjoyed bow hunting, reading westerns, riding bulls, dancing, listening to country music and the many sounds of the 70’s and 80’s, and talking to his buddies on the phone. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, John and Joan; his brother, Jamie Tucker; and his grandparents, Marcel Charles and his wife, Ada Lee.

He is survived by his love, Angela Stark; his daughter, Bailey N. Gray and husband, Jake; his son, Ethan Tucker and wife, Morgan; his daughter, Buffy Watterson and husband, Austin; his sister, Jana Tucker and fiancé, Patrick; his grandchildren, Aubree, Alexa, Hayden, Ethan, Tucker, Brayden, Anniston, and Addalyn; his nieces and nephews, Jasmine, Kolt, Brodie, Myles, John, Adrian, Elijah, Bentley, Jade, Jonika, Adam, Daxton, James, Lea, Blaise, and Jett; his sister-in-law, Pam Tipton and husband, Jamie; his sister-in-law, Rebecca; his sister-in-law, Brenda, her husband, Jack, and their children; and his brother-in-law, Alan, his wife, Amen, and their children. He is further survived by the best friends and brothers Jerry ever had, Tim Weathers, Brent Watkinson, Russ Brock, Mike Morin, and Rod Shurtz.

A celebration of life for Jerry will be held Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church located at 102 Cass Ave. in Exeter, MO 65647. Arrangements are under the direction of Willow Funeral Home, LLC. Online condolences may be left at www.willowspringsfuneralhome.com.
