Survivors include: his wife, Roxan (Agee) Gates, of the home; 1 daughter, Lillie Gates, of Thayer, MO; 3 sisters, Janet James & husband Thomas of Eminence, MO, Joyce Gates of Dongola, IL, Jean Counts & husband Roger of Eminence, MO; 1 brother-in-law, Jayson Vance, Sr., of Eminence, MO; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
