His love of football and passion for the game earned him All-State awards for two years and back-to-back football State championships, starting both offense and defense. He loved being outdoors hunting, fishing, and playing with his children, grandchildren, and friends, young and old. He also looked forward to Wednesday poker with the guys. Stan loved big, played big, and kept everyone entertained with his stories of growing up in Louisiana and on the ranch.
