Judy Ann McClurg was born on June 2, 1958, and went to be with the love of her life on April 2, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Judy was strong in her faith and would help anyone who was in need or struggling with theirs. She shared this enormous gift with her sisters.
To mourn her loss are her sons, Jason, Justin, and Dusty; her daughters, Bethlena and Krista; her greatest accomplishment, her grandchildren, Ana (Chris), Jacob, Stephanie, Sierra, Lea (Alex), Seth, Jesslyn, Peyton, Corban, Bryli, Treyce, Gabe, Sam, Bristol, Hazel, CJ, and a special girl in her heart, Jessy; sisters, Julie (Darrin), Janet, and Jennifier (Leslie); sister-in-law, Chris (Keith); brother-in-law, Bob (Leala); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins she loved dearly. A special new friend that made her feel young and had her laughing at every moment, Tashia Will.
Awaiting her arrival at the gates of Heaven are her loving husband, Lynn; her parents, Leona and Levi; in-laws, Cricket and Poppy Lynn; one brother-in-law, Roy; her best friend and sister, Joyce; two daughters-in-law; and two granddaughters.
Besides playing bingo, going to church, and visiting with friends and family over a cup of coffee, Judy’s most favorite thing to do was to watch (and intensely discuss) “Days of Our Lives” with Joyce and “The Walking Dead” with Jacob. But most importantly she loved spending time with her grandkids. She loved them all so much and she rocked each and everyone of them to sleep while singing Jesus Loves Me.
The Lord blessed us with the best mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. To know her was to love her and she loved hard.
To her family at Rock Point Nursing Center, the McClurg family would like to say thank you for loving our mom, the way you did. She loved you all like family and you had a large part in getting Mom home to us.
