Leroy Vaughan was born the son of Sydney N. Vaughan and Blanche C. McKinley Vaughan on December 17, 1929 and died July 30, 2020.
Graveside services will be held Friday August 7, 2020 at 10:00am in Howell Memorial Park Cemetery. A come and go visitation will be held Thursday August 6, 2020 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.
