Linda Rose (Rhama) Barber was born June 26, 1950 in Paragould, Arkansas and passed away at her home in Cherokee Village, Arkansas at the age of 74 years.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Jerry Barber of the home; daughters, Kim Heron (Glen) of Cave Springs, Arkansas and Cindy Groneman of Oil Trough, Arkansas; grandchildren: Johnathan Heron of Springdale, Arkansas, Gary Heron (Ari) of Rogers, Arkansas, Neal Ducheneaux of Amarillo, Texas, and Kyla Reel (Blake) of Wickes, Arkansas; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Buddy Rhama of Warrenton, Missouri and Larry Rhama of Salem, Arkansas; sister, Betty Smith of Sturkie, Arkansas; numerous nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Alice Rhama; brothers: Bobbie Gene, Albert, Bill, and Harold Rhama; sisters, Joesphine Eno and Sharon Ellenberg.
She was retired from the USPS and loved fishing, camping, card games, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Linda was always requested to bring her potato salad, green dip, and Pico to family gatherings or work functions, and she was always delighted to do so. Family and friends are going to miss her homemade jerky.
A memorial service will be Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland, Arkansas.
