She especially loved babies and little ones. Minnie loved arts and crafts and spent numerous hours making things such as quilts, afghans, scarves, potholders and much more for her family and friends. Her face would light up with pure joy when she gave one of her goodies away, it always made her feel good to help others.

Minnie always talked of wanting a career in healthcare and was extremely proud of her daughter and granddaughters for pursuing careers in nursing. Minnie was very proud of and loved all of her family with a love like no other. To be loved by her was a blessing in and of itself.
