Parker Alan George, 16 years, 3 months, and 19 days old, passed away from a tragic accident on March 17, 2025.
Parker was born November 29, 2008, in Springfield, Missouri, to Jack George, Jr., and Wendy King.
He was a sophomore at Ava High School. Parker was a lineman on the Ava High School football team. He loved football, fishing, and hanging out with his friends. Anything country or outdoors he wanted to be part of. Parker always knew how to make someone laugh. He was known to give the best hugs! He was a hard worker and loved chopping wood with his Papa. Parker had fun playing video games with his brothers. His energy and joy for life will never be forgotten. His enduring love will live on in his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Nana, Margie Ingram.
Parker is survived by his mother, Wendy King and John Akers, and his father, Jack George, Jr; sister, Taylor Miles and husband Colby, and brothers, Cooper and Tyson George; niece, Kohyn Miles; grandparents, Glen and Cindy King and Doug Ingram; his secondary family, the Corcoran family; several aunts; uncles; cousins; and numerous friends.
Funeral services for Parker will be Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial following in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday prior to the service at 1:00 P.M. Officiating will be Pastor Wade Woods. Memorials may be made to the Parker George Memorial Fund at Great Southern Bank.
