Warren L. Stradley, a resident of Ballwin, MO passed away Thursday September 12, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Saint Louis. Warren was born May 18, 1929, in Mountain Grove to Henry Guy and Mildred Neva (Swecker) Stradley and was 95 years old.
Shortly after graduating school, Warren joined the United States Army and proudly served from 1951 to 1953, with 6 months of active duty in Korea. After returning, he married the love of his life Melva Jean Elliott in October of 1953. In his free time, he enjoyed listening to bluegrass music and working on his HAM Radio. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Neva; two brothers, Don and Jack Stradley; and one granddaughter, Christine Stradley.
Warren is survived by his wife, Melva Stradley; his son, Terry Alan Stradley; his brother, Duane Stradley; his granddaughter, Ann Marie Underwood; three great-grandchildren, Ziggy and Zoe Underwood, and Alexis Kramer; and five great-great-grandchildren.
A Graveside funeral service for Warren will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 16, 2024, at the Willow Springs City Cemetery with pastor Dennis Walton officiating.
