Quarter 1: Bulldogs get the tipoff and bring it to a 2 – nothing lead. 4-4 5:29 left in the 1st quarter. Bulldogs make a three putting them back in front 9-8. The bears pass it in and lay it up for 2. Bears make both free throws, putting them in front of the Bulldogs, 12-9. The bears lay it up and in and the score goes up to 16-9. The bulldogs give another turnover. The bears throw it up and it splashes home, 18-9. The first quarter ends with the Bears up with a 5-point lead, 18-13
Quarter 2: The Bears make a jump shot for a 7-point lead. The bears go in for a lay up and sinks it for a 9-point lead, the Bulldogs with 9 turnovers. The Bulldogs with a three trying to get back in the game. 24-16 with 5:45 left to go in the first half, Bears lead. The Bulldogs go up with a shot and sinks it, making them down by 6. Bulldogs take a timeout, 28-18. The Bears make a 3 from beyond the arch. The bears with another pass and basket, 33-22. The First Half ends with the Bears up 37-26
Quarter 3: The Bears start the third with a three and it’s missed, rebounded by the Bulldogs. 5:53 left to go in the third quarter, no baskets. The Bulldogs put it up and in and now are down by 11. The Bears are fouled and Colby with shoot free throws, both are good, 41-28. The bears make a 3 and go up by 16. A timeout is called, score is 46-31. Brady Altermatt lays it up and in, and the Bears are back up by 15. The quarter ends with the Bears up 50-35.
Quarter 4: Brady James hits a three to begin the quarter, 53-35. Another 3 is made by the Bears putting them up by 21. And another 3 made by the bears bringing the score to 59-37. Bulldogs ball is tipped and will stay with the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs bring a basket of their own, 60-41. The Bears have a pass to the basket. Lays it up and it’s good. The Bears are fouled and will shoot 2, making both free throws, the score is 67-41. The Bears won against the Gainesville Bulldogs 70-45.
