Starting pitcher Jordan Lyles dropped to 4-and-17 this season after letting up four runs through six frames. Nick Loftin plated Kansas City’s lone run in the losing effort. The Royals win streak ended at four and are 48-and-102. They remain home to host the Cleveland Guardians this afternoon.
