Friday night the Willow Springs Bears were on the road, taking on the Mountain Grove Panthers. Both teams were evenly matched on paper, and looked to be a close contest.
The first half of the game, both teams came out hot, the Bears holding a one point lead at the end of the 1st quarter, and at the half, the game was tied 31-31.
However in the 3rd quarter, the Panthers would take control of the game, and would go on to defeat the Bears. With more on the game, here’s Marty Spence
Up next for the Bears, they’ll look to get back on the winning track as they take on the Thayer Bobcats, in a rare Saturday afternoon game.
