The Cardinals are leaving the desert with a three-game sweep. Nolan Arenado drove in three including a go-ahead, two-run single in the seventh inning as the Cards clipped the Diamondbacks 6-4 in Phoenix. Lars Nootbaar homered to lead off the game for the Redbirds, who won their seventh straight overall. Jake Woodford picked up the win and Giovanny Gallegos posted his 12th save. Jordan Luplow, Emmanuel Rivera, and Jake McCarthy knocked in runs for the Snakes, who have dropped five-of-seven. Joe Mantiply took the loss.
