Nolan Gorman launched a pair of home runs as the Cardinals defeated the Blue Jays 9-4 at Busch Stadium. Gorman went deep in the first and third innings and finished with four RBI in the victory. Jordan Montgomery picked up the win on the mound after allowing six hits and three runs over five frames. St. Louis improved to 2-and-1 after losing on Opening Day.
