Grizzly baseball team lost all 3 games over the weekend vs Northern Oklahoma. And the Grizzly softball team lost both of their games on Sunday vs St. Louis Community College.
Saturday night it was district championship games for the girls. Class 2 district 10 Norwood over Fordland 45-36 in the sectional round Norwood vs Iberia at Laquey on Tue 6pm. Class 3 district 10 Thayer over Licking 43-36 in the sectional round Thayer vs Fair Grove at Fair Grove Tue at 6pm.
And the state playoffs for the boys. Class 1 Eminence beat Bunker in the championship game in class 1 district 3, 39-35. Eminence vs Chadwick at Eminence tonight at 6pm. Class 2 Hartville over Norwood in district 10. Hartville vs Eugene at Eugene 6pm. Class 3 Thayer over Liberty 44-34, Thayer vs Fair Grove at 6pm at Fair Grove and that the sectionals for area boys basketball.

This Week classes 4 through 6 will start their district tournaments and the Lady Zizzers will compete in class 5 district 6 on Thursday March 6th here is how the bracket looks for the first round #1 Marshfield vs #8 Parkview at 4pm, #4 Webb City vs #5 Willard at 530, #2 Hillcrest vs #7 Central, and #3 West Plains vs #6 McDonald County at 830. This years host site is Willard.
Class 5 district 6 boys basketball bracket is set. Games will be played at Webb City #1 Springfield Central vs #8 McDonald County at 7pm, #4 Webb City vs #5 Hillcrest at 830pm, #2Parkview vs #7 West Plains 4pm game will air on KDY 102.5, #3 Carl Junction vs #6 Willard at 530. Again all games will be played at Webb City and start on Wednesday March 5th. Semi finals will be played on Friday March 7th and the Championship game will be played on Monday March 10th.
