West Plains Zizzer Quarterback Club Annual Football dinner and auction is this Friday at the middle school Fema Shelter. The event starts at 6pm but the doors open at 530. August 23rd Mountain Grove Panthers will host a football Jamboree that will start at 6pm. The teams competing will be Willow Springs, Thayer and Houston along with Mountain Grove. Salem Tigers will take part in the Sullivan Jamboree on the 23rd. Liberty will head to the Sarcoxie jamboree on the 23rd.
Kansas City fell to the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-13 at EverBank Stadium. Patrick Mahomes completed 3-of-4 passes for 27 yards. He and Travis Kelce played the first series. Carson Wentz was 4-for-4 passing but fumbled on his second series. Harrison Butker was 2-for-2 on field goal attempts.
