Man Arrested After He Tells His Son To Call Police So He Could Kill Them All After He Shoots His Son First

Yellville, AR. – A man was recently arrested in Marion County after he told his son to call the police so that he could shoot them and then continued to say that he would shoot his 9-year-old son after he called. 33-year-old Robert Aguado ll of Yellville was charged with a felony charge of first-degree terroristic threatening.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the 9-year-old’s grandmother called 911 around 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2024. She told the police that she and her grandson were hiding in the woods because the boy’s father, Aguado ll, was threatening to shoot and kill them over an undisclosed incident that deputies had responded to the night before. The grandmother told police that Aguado ll had told his son to call the police so he could kill them when they arrived. Then she quoted that he said, “But first I’m going to put a bullet in your head.”

Aguado ll also threatened to shoot his father if he came on the property. He is now being held on a $25,000 bond and has previous convictions for terroristic threats.
