A familiar face is returning to the Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Basketball team. Dr. Walt Belcher, who served as an assistant coach for the Grizzlies during the 2022-2023 season, will join Head Coach Jared Phay and Assistant Coach Michael Poindexter on the bench this season. Belcher spent the 2023-2024 season as an assistant coach with Queens University, an NCAA Division I program in Charlotte, N.C.
