Hull named to Sporting News’ GOAT Mountain

Brett Hull has been selected as one of four St. Louis legends to be featured on The Sporting News’ GOAT Mountain of St. Louis.

Hull joins former St. Louis Cardinals Stan Musial, Bob Gibson and Albert Pujols in receiving the honor.

“I am honored to be part of this class and these Cardinal legends,” Hull told stlouisblues.com. “This is great for the Blues and very humbling to me to be mentioned in the same breath with Bob, Stan and Albert.”

Hull played 744 games with the St. Louis Blues from 1988 until 1998, scoring 527 goals and 409 assists (936 points). In franchise history, Hull ranks sixth in games played, first in goals, second in assists and second in points.
