MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. — Mountain Home High School football coach Bryan Mattox has been taken off the team.
The removal of the coach came earlier this week during a school board meeting. The vote was unanimous 6-0, with one board member absent.

Mattox will continue to be a teacher at the district, according to school officials. The search for a new football coach is underway.
The Mountain Home Bombers were 1-29 over 3 seasons with Mattox as coach.
