Mizzou Volleyball Announces 2020 Fall Schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Following the Southeastern Conference’s announcement of new start dates and formats for the 2020 volleyball season in late August, Mizzou now has learned its dates and opponents for the revised fall campaign.

The Tigers start their 2020 fall season on the road at Alabama from Oct. 17-18. Mizzou and the Crimson Tide will close out the weekend with a 1 p.m. CT afternoon matchup. Two weeks later, the Tigers will host Kentucky from Oct. 28-29 for their home-opening contests. Both primetime midweek matchups have first serve slated for 8 p.m. CT.

Mizzou returns to the Hearnes Center a week later, hosting Arkansas from Nov. 4-5. The Tigers and Razorbacks will meet at 6 p.m. CT each evening in Mid-Missouri. The Tigers’ quick 2020 fall season concludes two weeks later, as they trek south to Ole Miss for a two-match weekend from Nov. 20-21. Mizzou and the Rebels will open the weekend at 1 p.m. CT Friday afternoon.

The Tigers will once again compete on national television and digitally on SEC Network + via WatchESPN. The SEC will announce TV designations for the 2020 fall campaign at a later date.

Mizzou is also scheduled to participate in spring competition in 2020-21, with details of formats contingent on final decisions by the NCAA to conduct spring championships. Dates, opponents, start times and TV designations will be announced at a later date.
