Mizzou Women’s Basketball Lands Transfer Skylah Travis

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Women’s Basketball head coach Robin Pingeton announced the addition of Old Dominion University transfer Skylah Travis on Thursday. Travis, a 6-foot-3 center from Weldon, N.C., will have four years of eligibility remaining after spending her true freshman season (2020-21) with the Monarchs. She did not make an appearance in any games because of an injury.

“We are thrilled to have Skylah joining our family,” said Pingeton. “Her athleticism, versatility and dynamic skill set, along with her passion for the game make her a really exciting addition to our roster for the next four years. Skylah’s authenticity, energy and humility are invaluable qualities that we know will have an instant impact on the court, in the locker room and in our family.”
