NFL Playoffs

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the New Orleans Saints 30-20 to advance to the NFC Championship.  

Bucs quarterback Tom Brady threw for 199-yards, two touchdowns and also ran for a score.

Tampa Bay will now play the Packers in Green Bay on Sunday in the NFC title game.  Brady is seeking to make it to his 10th Super Bowl… first with the Bucs.

** The game is likely the last for Saints quarterback Drew Brees after 15 seasons in New Orleans.  The Super Bowl-winning QB has one year left on his contract but has hinted at retirement.

The Green Bay Packers beat the Los Angeles Rams 32-18 to advance to the NFC Championship.  

Packers All-Pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers led the way again throwing for 296-yards and two touchdowns… and rushing for another score.

The Packers will now play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Green Bay on Sunday with the winner advancing to the Super Bowl.

The Buffalo Bills beat the Baltimore Ravens 17-3 to advance to the AFC Championship for the first time in 27-years.  

Bills cornerback Taron Johnson picked off Ravens QB Lamar Jackson in the end zone and returned it 101-yards for a touchdown to seal the victory. The interception return matched the longest in NFL history.

Buffalo now advances to play the Chiefs in Kansas City on Sunday in the AFC title game.

The Kansas City Chiefs are headed back to the AFC Championship after beating the Cleveland Browns 22-17.  

Chiefs Pro Bowl quarterback Patrick Mahomes left the game midway through the third quarter after suffering a concussion. Backup QB Chad Henne had to finish the game and held off the Browns… converting a fourth and one with a minute left.

Mahomes threw for 255-yards with a touchdown passing and another running before he got injured.

The defending Super Bowl champs will now play the Buffalo Bills in the AFC title game in Kansas City on Sunday.
