The Tiger bats have been loud in the early-season action. Mizzou has launched 24 home runs through 14 games and batted .369 as a team.

Mizzou Softball has not faced off with the No. 1 team in the country since the 2017 season (Florida, 3/11/17).

The freshmen led the way for the Tigers last weekend at the South Alabama Invitational. Alex Honnold batted .600 for the tournament and Laurin Krings was only a single away from a perfect game in the finale.

Seniors Brooke Wilmes, Kimberly Wert and Hatti Moore have continued to produce runs for the Tigers. Wilmes leads Mizzou with 17 runs scored and 15 runs driven in. Wert and Moore are tied for the team lead in home runs at six apiece.
