The Royals drop their series to the Rays after a 3-2 defeat. Jose Cuas got the loss as Tampa scored the go ahead-run in the bottom of the fifth inning after Harold Ramirez hit an R-B-I single. Bobby Witt Junior and M-J Melendez each drove in a run for the Royals, who drop three-of-four to the Rays. The team will try and bounce back this afternoon when they host the White Sox in a make-up game.
