Michael Wacha pitched just four innings, the Royals dropped Sunday’s game against the Guardians 6-2. KC dropped two of three, they’re up in Milwaukee for the Brewers home opener this afternoon. Kris Bubic will start. The Brewers were outscored 32-12 in the last two games against the Yankees losing 20-9 and 12-3.

The Cardinals were playing longball on Sunday. Victor Scott in the second, Pedro Pages in the third each hitting three run homers and Nolan Gorman homered in his first start as the Cardinals jumped on the Twins sat through a rain delay and finished off an opening series sweep beating Minnesota 9-2. The Cardinals outscored the Twins 19-6 in the three game series. The Cardinals stay at home with a series starting tonight against the Angels.
