Garylee has sports for April 21st
The 5K @ Galloway will be held this Saturday, April 23 at Galloway Creek Nature Park, 2183 County Road 1770 in West Plains. The race is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. with an awards ceremony set for 9:30 a.m. Registration forms for the 5K are available at the Ozarks Heritage Welcome Center, 2999 Porter Wagoner Blvd. or register online at: actnowracing.com/events/722/5k-at-galloway. 5K registration fee is $35 and includes commemorative t-shirt, water bottle, cooling towel, custom medal, and bib. Plaques will be awarded to overall male and female winner and top three in each of the following groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 & up. Participants will be limited to 300 people. Day of registration begins at 7 a.m.

The Willow Springs High School track & field teams are presenting a trivia night on Friday, April 29, at 7:00 p.m. in Grimes Auditorium. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. The entry fee is $75 for teams of 5-7 people. Proceeds go to the WSHS track and field teams.
