Quarter 1: The Bears start the game with a win for the tipoff. Mansfield scores the first ponts of the game with 2, and then the bears respond right back with 2 points of their own. A foul is drawn and the bears will go to the line for 2 free throws, makes 1 and its 4-3 Mansfield. 3 point lead for the Bears with 5:20 left in the 1st quarter. A timeout is called. The Bears get the ball and score a 3 with a lead of 4. Mansfield is fouled and shoots 2 free throws, missing both of them. The Bears Get the ball back and score yet another 3, 13-6. Mansfield responds with a 3 of their own, 13-9. The Bears answer back yet again with another 3! the score is 16-9. The first quarter ends with a Bears lead 21-9
Quarter 2: Mansfield starts the quarter with a lay up making the score 21-11. A jump ball is called and the Bears will keep possession underneath their basket, the ball is dribbled in and a foul on Mansfield. 1 of 2 free throws are good, 24-16 bears. mansfield shoots a 3 and its sunk, the bears respond with a reverse layup and 1. The Free throw is good and the Bears are back up by 10, 31-21. The bears bust a 3 and go up by 11. its raining 3’s tonight, 34-25. The 1st half ends with a blocked shot by Mansfield, the score is 35-27
Quarter 3: The Quarter starts with the bears going to the line to shoot 2, both free throws are good 37-27. The bears drop a fade away jumper for 2. The Bears are up by 12 with 5:49 left to go in the quarter. Mansfield comes back with another bucket with a 6-0 run. The Bears with a layup and an 11 point lead. 48-37 with under 2 minutes left in the third. Mansfield makes an open three, and gets them closer to the Bears, The Bears answer with a 3 of their own and bring it up to a nine point lead, 54-37. The Third Quarter ends with the score being 55-47, Bears lead.
Quarter 4: Mansfield starts the 4th with a three point shot missed, the Bears rebound and misses a three of their own. Mansfield picks up a pick from the Bears runs down the court for a layup and its missed. A timeout is taken. Mansfield comes back with a bucket of their own and are down by 4 points. Mansfield misses a shot and it’s rebounded by the Bears and makes a 2, almost three. a 6 point lead for the Bears with 5 minutes left to play. Mansfield is fouled and will go to the line to shoot 2, misses both and is rebounded by the Bears. They take it to the hoop and draws a foul. Mansfield takes a timeout, the score is 57-51. The Bears make 1 of 2 free throws making the score 58-51 with under 4 minutes to play. A timeout is taken, with a 1:30 left in the 2nd half with the score being 60-53. The Bears take the win in Mansfield with the final score being 64-56.
