COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri women’s basketball earned the No. 9 seed in the 2022 Southeastern Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament and will face No. 8 Arkansas at noon CT on Thursday in Nashville.
The game will air on SEC Network and the Tiger Radio Network. The tournament returns to Nashville for the first time since 2018 and is set to run March 2-6, 2022, at Bridgestone Arena.
The Tigers (18-11) and Razorbacks (17-12) will meet for the third time this season. Arkansas won both contests, winning 83-73 in Fayetteville on Jan. 9 and 88-71 on Feb. 13 inside Mizzou Arena.
Mizzou closed out the regular season in style on Sunday, upsetting No. 21/15 Florida at the O’Connell Center in Gainesville, Florida. Hayley Frank’s first double-double of the season, 26 points and 10 rebounds, led four Tigers in double digits on the day.
