Cabool, MO. – On Friday, April 22, 2022, Jerry Raymond Ludvicek, age 32, of Cabool, Missouri was arrested in the 12000 Block of Business Highway 60 for Failure to Register Sex Offender and Possession of Child Pornography. Ludvicek was incarcerated in the Texas County Jail pending warrants.
On Saturday, April 23, 2022, one count Fail To Register As A Sex Offender Pursuant to Sections 589.400-425-3rd Offense (Class U Felony), and two counts Possession Child Pornography (Class B Felony) was filed by the Texas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. A warrant was issued for Ludvicek’s arrest. His bond was set $600,000 cash/surety. Ludvicek remains incarcerated at this time.
The investigation of Jerry Ludvicek was initiated as a result multiple Cyber Tipline Reports by multiple internet service providers, whereas suspected child pornography was uploaded and distributed to other private users of the services. During the investigation and through legal process Ludvicek was identified as a suspect.
