Poplar Bluff, MO. – The VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff is set to host a medical information event meant to educate veterans to their benefits and potential medical care next month.
This event, called VetFest, is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th. According to organizers, while set up with the primary purpose of being for veterans, this event was also developed in such a way there there should be some appeal for a full family to attend.
Numerous displays and informational booths will be available, in addition to a car show, a talent show, and other such events. Medical procedures such as blood pressure checks and flu shots will also be available.
