Survivors include his long-time girlfriend of over 20 years Linda Wilson, daughter Jody Nix and husband T.J., son Justin Cook, stepson John Wilson and wife Cindy, Mark Wilson and wife Gayla, Shawn Wilson and wife Valerie, stepdaughter Crystal Wilson, nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents George and Dorothy Cook, son Terry Durbin, daughter-in-law Amanda Durbin, grandson Colten Smith and several brothers and sisters.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm Monday, February 27, 2023 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
