He was born in Oregon County, on October 4, 1952, to the late Troy Thomas Sisco and Jettie Wheeler Sisco.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Gary, Danny, Larry, Mary, Joyce, and Teresa.
He is survived by his sister, Clois Ford and Rick of Sanford; nephews and nieces, Danny Lee Sisco and wife Shelly, Keri Evans and husband Steve, Brian Bettis, Jody Sisco and wife Jackie, Shannon Ford and wife Kristi, and several grand nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at a later date at Bailey Cemetery, Alton, Missouri.
