West Plains, Mo. – A head-on collision injured one woman in South Fork Monday night. According to the Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at 5:35 p.m. on County Road 6690.
A northbound 1998 Ford Explorer driven by Garren Davis, 44 of West Plains, struck a 2005 Nissan Altima driven by Kevin Smith, 32 of Caulfield. Neither of the drivers were reported as injured in the crash but a passenger of the Nissan, Sasha Ledbetter-Potter, 25 of Caulfield, suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment.
