The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.6%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 6766. Of the new cases 4 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Peace Valley, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Koshkonong. There have been 27,370 tested to date.
