The Liberty Eagles faced off against the Strafford Indians tonight on the Eagle home field. The Eagles came out screaming, dominating right out of the gate. Within moments of the game beginning, Drew Ribco scored the first touchdown of the game. At the end of half time, a combination of strong plays and strong players led to a lopsided score of 39-0.
The second half proved to be remarkably similar to the first with the Liberty Eagles following through on their strong lead all throughout. The shutout score continued until nearly the end of the game, when the Indians managed one touchdown before the clock ran out. Liberty goes on to Face their next opponents in the District Finals.
