West Plains, MO. – April is already halfway gone, there is still more to see and do within the Ozarks and West Plains. Terry Hampton’s Art Alliance update includes two art shows, and an event taking place, all this Saturday which is also Earth Day.
Wednesday from 11am to 3pm is the entry day for the Plants and Pollinators show at the Yellow House, organized by the Ozark Artery. The show celebrates native pollinators as well as the local habitats they reside in. This show will open coinciding with an Earth Day event this Saturday, starting at 3pm, which will include live music.
The West Plains photography club additionally has a display up at the West Plains Civic Center on the mezzanine. A “meet-the-artists” session will occur on Saturday from 2 to 4 pm. This show was organized by the West Plains Council on the Arts.
