Gainesville, MO. – The Ozark County Sheriff’s Office has announced a new scam taking place within the area.
The original piece of information comes from Century Bank of the Ozarks, who stated that their customers are receiving calls that display a caller ID of Century Bank. When an individual answers, they are greeted by an automated voice asked for a 16-digit number for a debit card and a PIN number.
