SALEM, Ark. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office online inmate roster lists the following individuals as new inmates with arrest dates since March 21.
Rhonda Renee Keifer, 51, of Ash Flat, Ark., was arrested May 20 on charges of failure to appear and failure to pay fine.
Victor Sanchezgonzalez, 38, of Modesto, Calif., was arrested May 18. Charges were listed as pending.
Pamela Sue Quinn, 47, of Salem, Ark., was arrested May 18 on a charge of criminal trespass.
Logan Dobbs, 24, of Mountain Home, Ark., was arrested May 18 on a charge of criminal contempt.
Steven Joseph Break, 43, of Hardy, Ark., was arrested May 12 on charges of failure to appear, failure to pay fine and obstructing governmental operations by falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer.
William Fuller, 25, address not listed, was arrested May 3 on charges listed as pending, second-degree battery, terroristic threatening and second-degree criminal mischief.
Charles Dylan Hodges, 32, of Viola, Ark., was arrested May 1 on charges of indecent exposure, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, drinking in public and open container.
Scott Parkinson, 62, address not listed, was arrested April 25 on charges of trespassing.
Timothy Andrew Knecht, 30, of Bryant, Ark., was arrested April 20 on a charge of failure to comply with child sex offender reporting.
Travis A. Mcfarland, 32, of Viola, Ark., was arrested April 2. Charges were not listed in the roster entry provided.
Julius Dawson, 49, of Missouri, town not listed, was arrested March 22 on charges of failure to register/failure to comply with reporting requirements, felony possession of drug paraphernalia involving methamphetamine or cocaine, and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine, greater than 2 grams but less than 10 grams.
The recent releases section of the online roster listed three inmates released within the past 48 hours.
Andrew Crider, 45, of Thayer, Mo., was arrested May 19 and released May 19. Charges listed included failure to comply with court order, arrest made; possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and no proof of insurance.
Robin Angelia Davis, 60, of Salem, Ark., was arrested May 20 and released May 20. She was listed on a charge of failure to appear.
Lacey Luedemann, 36, of Salem, Ark., was arrested May 8 and released May 19. She was listed on a charge of third-degree domestic battering.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
