An 18‑year‑old West Plains woman was injured Monday afternoon in a single‑vehicle crash on Missouri 14, two miles west of U.S. 63.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred at 2:50 p.m. The eastbound 2005 Ford Escape ran off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment, became airborne and then impacted the ground.

The driver, who was the only occupant, suffered moderate injuries and was taken by South Howell County Ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.
