MOUNTAIN VIEW, MISSOURI- The Low water slab located on Buddy Lane in The City of Mountain View was re-opened on Monday. According to the City, the completion of this project has been a long time coming as funds were denied multiple times by FEMA. The first test of the slab was this past Saturday as heavy rains allowed the slab to work as designed.
Residents will no longer have to detour onto private property to reach homes.
